Phenom Factory has established itself as the off-season camp of choice for today’s young athletes in Southern California. At Phenom, we understand the importance of off-season training and conditioning. Unlike any other camp, our multipurpose camp is designed to develop and refine the skill level of the athletes by improving every facet of their game. Our attention given to fundamentals and technique lay the foundation for success on and off the playing field.

Our program includes strength and speed training, as well as quickness and agility for all offensive and defensive positions. Our philosophy is that every player needs to develop explosiveness to be an effect force on the playing field. With that said, we have developed a diverse hill & gravity training program as well as plyo-metric and core training. Proper dieting and vitamin intake is encouraged when training at such a high level . However, what sets us apart is in the development of our skilled position players; wide-receivers, and defensive backs. Of course that includes QB’S.

The wide-receiver program includes a multitude of release and separation techniques, and feet work that allows him to free himself at all times. Being able to get down the field is important, but having the ability to create separation is the real key to being a great receiver. Coach Collins emphasizes the understanding of patience, leverage, and pushing as it relates to running a great pass pattern. His philosophy to route running is a clean and aggressive one having the ability to sink and accelerate, thus creating separation.

On the flip side, our defensive backs are taught those same fundamental principles of proper stance and techniques when covering the WR’S. Much emphasis is put on back peddling, weave peddling, hip, and feet work. Even more importantly, our DB’s are taught the keys to reading pass patterns and body indicators to help him gain an advantage in single coverage. It is our belief, that a great player is one that understands the mental aspect of the game. The staple of Phenom Factory off-season camp is in the teaching and details.

IF you are ready to take your game to the next level, Phenom Factory’s OFF-Season Training Camp is a necessity!
